Vikas Shetty is SportsDoc, GuitarDoc and SpiritualDoc

Dr Shetty joined the surgery in 2014. His main clinical interests are orthopaedics including joint injections and dermatology. He has done basic training in Dermatoscopy and hopes to pursue this further.
He enjoys playing golf, tennis, cricket and football. He follows various sports and is a Saints  fan. He is learning to play the guitar. He is an avid traveller and enjoys visiting museums and places of historical importance.
Other interests include spirituality and meditation.

Bhatt has been with the Surgery since 1991.
His main clinical interests are Ophthalmology and Minor Surgery. He does Minor Surgery and the Ophthalmology clinic at the Surgery. He also works as a Clinical Assistant in Ophthalmology at Southampton Eye Hospital.
His main hobbies are tennis, painting and playing the guitar.
Married with 3 children.

The WMTS is a unique organization….loosely structured, with no formal financial support. It has prospered because of the appeal of the common denominators: medicine and tennis. There have been many unusual and improbable experiences in the Society’s 25 year history. The series of annual meetings has produced a countless number of international friendships and experiences including home visits, children being exchanged for as long as a year, patient referrals, unique travel experiences (e.g.papal audience in Rome/86), and the sharing of medical research and techniques across national and idealogical boundaries.
