In 60 days she just crossed the Indian Ocean as first human being on her 7,80 Meter long surf-board and she arrived on June 8th, 2006 in Réunion!
She was the first woman to cross the Atlantic Ocean in 2000.
Then she was the first person to cross the Mediterranian Sea in 2002

He likes to dance in many ways: Since 2000 he is dancing teacher in the MAXIXE ballroom Berlin as wel as in the Café Fatal in SO36. He began dancing at age 15 and opened the waltz at his first ball. A year later he began training for competitions and won some regional titles. In 1996 he won the EuroGames in Latin American Dances with his partner. He also teaches a dance formation.

Markus Merk (born March 15, 1962 in Kaiserslautern) is a former top-level German football referee. He is a six-time winner of the German Referee of the Year Award and the record holder in games refereed in the Bundesliga. In 2005, Merk was awarded the German Bundesverdienstkreuz (Federal Cross of Merit) in recognition of his service to football and his charity work in India. He ended his career by refereeing the match between Bayern München and Hertha BSC Berlin on the last day of the Bundesliga season 2007/08 on May 17, 2008.

He is considered to be one of the best referees to ever officiate, being ranked 2nd behind Pierluigi Collina, in the all-time rankings.[1]

He is currently a pundit for Sky Deutschland and was the main referee commentator of the Turkish football channel Lig TV (which has the rights of the Turkish Super League) in 2010–2011 season. [1] Continue reading Markus Merk

When I was 15 I wanted to go to college and be a writer. When I was 20, I was in college and applying to medical school to become a doctor. When I was 25, I was in medical school but I was going to quit when it was finished. When I was 30, I was a successful film director with my first film, Westworld, in release. When I was 35, I had almost decided I didn’t want to direct any more, but I wasn’t sure what to do next. So I started a software company and did computer games. When I was 40, I really wanted to only direct movies and never write again. ‘I am a physician, comics artist and writer, based in Brighton, UK. After training in medicine I took postgraduate studies in fine art and then an MA in medical humanities. I have taught at both medical schools and art schools, and have written book chapters, scholarly papers for various journals and articles for broadsheet newspapers. I started making comics under the nom de plume Thom Ferrier in 2007 but have since reverted to using my real name.
