My taste for Ancient Egypt dates back some thirty years and was fed by numerous trips there, which allowed me to accumulate a large collection of photographs and make many friends. Despite a very involved job, I was able to study hieroglyphs for several years at the Kheops Institute (Paris), in addition to attending many educational courses and conferences.
My main areas of interest are in the religious and funerary aspects of this brilliant civilisation, which naturally led me to the interesting study of tombs and mastabas. Curiously, though, the pyramids do not interest me.

Following the retirement of Enda Kenny, he was elected as Leader of the Fine Gael Party on 2 June 2017. It is expected that he will be appointed as Taoiseach later in June following the approval of Dáil Éireann. He has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin West constituency since 2007. He held the ministries of Transport, Tourism and Sport from 2011 to 2014, Health from 2014 to 2016, and Social Protection since 2016. Donald von Frankenberg und Ludwigsdorff  was born in Stuttgart in 1951.He derives from an old needle gender and is son of the racer Richard von Frankenberg with Edith Neumann.He studied philosophy and history and medicine which he practised since 1982. From 1993 on he studied graphics and arts at the Muthesius Kunsthochschule in Kiel andis a free lance artist since 1996.
