Peter Erdmenger is active as artist since 1982 and worked as a doctor until 2008 in Köthen/Germany. 1988 he founded the group “Mediziner und Malerei” (medics and arts) and organised regular exhibitions over nearly 30 years in several German cities listing about 200 medical artists in a catalogue. Her main clinical interests are Women’s Health, Family Planning and General Medicine. She is in the Prescribing Task Group of the Southampton Primary Care Trust.
Her main hobbies are tennis, walking and water colour painting.

Bhatt has been with the Surgery since 1991.
His main clinical interests are Ophthalmology and Minor Surgery. He does Minor Surgery and the Ophthalmology clinic at the Surgery. He also works as a Clinical Assistant in Ophthalmology at Southampton Eye Hospital.
His main hobbies are tennis, painting and playing the guitar.

Joachim Gardemann, born 1955, is a medical doctor (1983), consultant in paediatrics (1989) and public health medicine (1993) and holds a master´s degree in public health (1994).

Arthur Boskamp (1919-2000)has collected paintings and sculptures of Docs under the motto “Aeskulap paints” which are permanently exposed in his museum in the building M1 in Hohenlockstedt. Now it is curated by diffeent persons every 18 months and presenting international artists.
The yearly exhibition “Aeskulap paints” has been opened for the 43rd time in July 5, 2006 in Baden-Baden/Germany. The pharmaceutic family company Pohl-Boskamp has invited in the congress hall and Ingrid Boskamp resented the concept.
